Features a jointed bi-material handle with storage for bits which can be offset at up to 60° to create a pistol grip handle for added torque. 

It can also be used as a straight bits driver and has a fixed or forward/reverse ratchet mechanism with a magnet that holds the bit in place as well as the screw (steel etc.).
